Feature Writing for Beginners

This introductory course will ideally suit those interested in pursuing feature writing as a lucrative hobby or possibly a new career. A strong practical emphasis is designed to build confidence; generate feature ideas; polish note-taking; face-to-face and telephone interviewing skills, and encourage lively debate with plenty of student participation. Negotiating with editors (and making sure the cheque really is in the post) are just some of the ‘tricks of the trade’ incorporated in the course. No experience is necessary.
